Kaleo AI AirPods Giveaway — Official Rules

1) Sponsor

The Kaleo AI AirPods Giveaway (the "Promotion" or "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by EID Systems Inc. d/b/a Kaleo AI ("Sponsor").

2) No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Promotion is void where prohibited.

3) Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry ("Entrant"). Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

Sponsor may require proof of eligibility (including age and residency). Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules are void.

4) Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at January 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends at January 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period").

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 7, 2026 and received by January 8, 2026.

5) How to Enter (Instagram + Email Bonus Methods)

You may enter during the Promotion Period through any of the following methods. All entries must be associated with the same Entrant.

A) Instagram Follow — 1 Entry

Earn one (1) entry by following Sponsor's Instagram account @getkaleo during the Promotion Period.

B) Instagram Like — 1 Entry

Earn one (1) entry by liking the official giveaway post on Sponsor's Instagram account during the Promotion Period (the "Giveaway Post").

C) "Email Your Pastor" Bonus — 5 Entries Per Email

Earn five (5) bonus entries for each email you send to a pastor about Kaleo AI during the Promotion Period using Sponsor's pre-written email template and CC'ing aidan@withkaleo.com.

To qualify:

  • The email must be sent during the Promotion Period.
  • The email must be addressed to a real pastor/ministry leader you personally know or are connected to (e.g., your home church).
  • The email must include CC: aidan@withkaleo.com and must not be materially altered to include misleading statements.

Sponsor may disqualify entries it determines (in Sponsor's sole discretion) to be spam-like, sent to strangers in bulk, sent to purchased lists, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules.

6) Mail-In Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — 5 Entries Per Mail-In

To enter without completing any Instagram actions or sending any emails, you may enter by mail as follows:

On a 3" x 5" card (or postcard), legibly handprint:

  • Full name
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Instagram handle (optional)
  • The statement: "Kaleo AI AirPods Giveaway Entry"

Place the card in an envelope with proper postage and mail to:

Each properly completed mail-in entry received on time will count as five (5) entries.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 7, 2026 and received by January 8, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due mail.

7) Entry Limits

To keep the Promotion fair and to prevent abuse:

  • Maximum of two (2) entries total from Instagram actions (1 follow + 1 like).
  • Maximum of 25 "Email Your Pastor" bonus emails per Entrant during the Promotion Period (for a maximum of 125 bonus entries).
  • Maximum of 25 mail-in entries per Entrant (for a maximum of 125 entries).
  • Maximum total entries per Entrant: 127.

Sponsor may require verification and may disqualify any Entrant who attempts to exceed limits, use multiple identities, automate entries, or otherwise tamper with the Promotion.

8) Prize

One (1) winner will receive Apple AirPods Pro 3.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $249 USD.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this Promotion. Apple, AirPods, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc.

9) Winner Selection, Odds, and Notification

Random Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Drawing will occur on or about January 8, 2026.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Notification

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email and/or Instagram DM using the contact information provided/associated with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required paperwork, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

10) Winner Verification / Required Documentation

Potential winner may be required to complete and return (where permitted by law):

  • An affidavit/declaration of eligibility
  • A liability/publicity release (if applicable)
  • Any tax forms required by law

If required documentation is not returned within the stated time, winner may be disqualified.

11) Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use.

12) Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, city/state, and/or Instagram handle for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13) Release of Liability

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt/use of the prize, including but not limited to: (a) technical failures, (b) lost or misdirected entries, (c) unauthorized human intervention, or (d) any injury or damage related to prize acceptance or use.

14) Instagram Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility regarding this Promotion. Any information provided is provided to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

15) Privacy

Information collected from Entrants will be used for administering the Promotion (including verifying entries and contacting the winner) and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy: withkaleo.com/privacy-policy.

16) Sponsor's Rights

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

17) Governing Law / Disputes

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that the Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

18) Winner List

To request the winner's name (available after winner confirmation), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
